DRI files suit against B. Sarkar and Munters

DRI has filed a legal suit against Mr. B. Sarkar and his employers Munters on February 14, 2008, for breaching the confidentiality and non compete agreement.

The court has granted DRI interim injunction on February 20, 2008.
